As part of our commitment at Naf Scents to our customers’ satisfaction and to ensure a distinct shopping experience, we clarify hereunder our adopted Return and Exchange Policy, which applies to all purchases from the Online Store and the Showroom.
1. General Conditions
- The original invoice must be attached to the exchange or return request.
- The product must be in its original condition as received, unused or unopened, with the original packaging (cellophane) intact and undamaged.
- All accessories and free gifts that came with the product (if any) must be returned.
- The product must be inside its original, intact, and undamaged packaging.
- The product must be within its validity period when requesting an exchange or return.
2. Permitted Period
- Returns: Within two (2) days from the date of receiving the product.
- Exchanges: Within two (2) days from the date of receiving the product.
3. Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
To ensure customer safety and product quality, the following may not be exchanged or returned:
- Products that have been used or whose original packaging (cellophane) has been opened, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- Products that have been damaged or defected as a result of misuse by the customer.
- Products that do not have their original packaging or are missing any of their accessories.
- Products that have exceeded the specified period for exchange or return.
- Products purchased during final offers or sales, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy from the description.
4. Exchange or Return Procedures

- 2. Provide Information: Provide us with the invoice number, product name, reason for the request, and photos clarifying the condition or defect, if any.
- 3. Product Inspection: The product will be inspected by a specialized team to ensure it meets the conditions. It may be referred to the supplier if a technical inspection is required.
- 4. Completion of the Process:
- In case of Exchange: The replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days.
- In case of Return: The amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- 5. Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, Naf Scents shall bear the full costs of shipping and return.
- In the event the customer wishes to exchange or return without a manufacturing defect, the customer shall bear the shipping costs (both ways).
- The return process shall be arranged through the approved shipping company to ensure the speed and safety of the service.
6. Refunds
- The amount will be refunded using the same original payment method, whenever possible.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account after we are provided with the necessary details.
7. Warranty and Quality
All Naf Scents products are 100% original and quality guaranteed. Should any issue arise after the expiry of the return period, you may contact us to provide a suitable solution.
